I'm Olaoluwa Joshua Daramola,

I’m a Certified Software Engineer with a passion for turning ideas into practical, well-built digital products. I enjoy working across the full development process, from creating clean and responsive interfaces to developing the backend systems, APIs, databases, and integrations that power them.

Over the years, I’ve worked on websites, web applications, e-commerce platforms, and digital products for businesses and organizations. My experience spans JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, Node.js, Python, PHP, SQL, REST APIs, and third-party integrations, alongside CMS and e-commerce platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, and Webflow.

At Dev Technosys, I worked across software and web development, building and maintaining websites, e-commerce platforms, and web applications for startups, SMEs, and other business clients. My work covered everything from frontend development and UI implementation to Shopify and WooCommerce development, API integrations, third-party services, and production support. I also worked on performance and security, including improving page speed, optimizing assets and code, handling hosting and deployment issues, and keeping live platforms stable and maintainable. AI also became part of my development workflow, both for speeding up development and for integrating AI-powered functionality into web applications and business workflows. I regularly worked with Git/GitHub and cloud environments, including AWS, alongside the rest of the development stack.

Frontend Developer

At Dotlogics, I was involved in designing and developing websites, e-commerce platforms, and web applications for international clients. I worked closely with designs and project requirements to turn ideas into responsive, functional websites and digital experiences. A lot of my work involved frontend development, Shopify and WordPress, e-commerce functionality, API and third-party integrations, and improving existing websites that needed better performance, responsiveness, or usability. I also used AI-assisted development tools to speed up implementation, troubleshoot issues, prototype ideas, and improve development workflows, while continuing to work on live client projects and ongoing website management.

At DD.NYC, I worked across web design, frontend development, UI/UX, and web application development. I designed and developed responsive websites and web-based applications, turning UI/UX concepts, wireframes, and design specifications into functional interfaces. I worked with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript while also contributing to application functionality, integrations, landing pages, responsive experiences, and product implementation. I worked primarily across web development, CMS development, e-commerce, and UI/UX, building and maintaining digital experiences for clients. A large part of my work involved WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Wix Studio, and Webflow, alongside custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development. I customized WordPress themes, templates, components, plugins, and layouts, while also building and customizing Shopify storefronts and e-commerce experiences. I also handled website updates, integrations, troubleshooting, content implementation, technical SEO, performance improvements, accessibility, and ongoing maintenance. This role gave me a strong foundation across both development and design and helped me become comfortable working with different CMS and e-commerce ecosystems depending on the requirements of a project.
